PHẦN TIẾNG VIỆT

1. Về FindEvent

FindEvent là trang tổng hợp, giúp tìm sự kiện (gồm cả sự kiện B2B như triển lãm, hội nghị, hội thảo mở) tại Mỹ, châu Âu và Việt Nam theo 10 danh mục. Trang do cá nhân Tuấn Đào (Việt Nam) vận hành như một dự án cá nhân. Liên hệ: [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Khi dùng trang, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này. Không cần tài khoản và miễn phí.

2. Nội dung sự kiện, nguồn và nội dung do AI tạo

  • Thông tin sự kiện được tổng hợp từ các trang web bên thứ ba (ban tổ chức, trang bán vé, trang du lịch) và từ ban tổ chức gửi. Mỗi sự kiện có ghi nguồn và liên kết về trang gốc. Quyền đối với nội dung gốc thuộc về chủ sở hữu.
  • Mô tả sự kiện có thể được tóm tắt hoặc viết lại bằng AI (Google Gemini) và có thể được dịch bằng máy. AI và dịch máy có thể sai sót; hãy kiểm tra thông tin tại trang nguồn.
  • Chúng tôi không phải ban tổ chức và không bán vé. Ngày giờ, giá, địa điểm có thể thay đổi; hãy luôn kiểm tra trên trang chính thức trước khi mua vé hoặc đi lại.
  • Ảnh có thể là ảnh từ trang nguồn hoặc ảnh minh hoạ (ví dụ Unsplash); ảnh minh hoạ không phải ảnh thật của sự kiện.

3. Liên kết ra ngoài, quảng cáo và affiliate

  • Liên kết tới trang bên thứ ba thuộc trách nhiệm của bên đó; giao dịch của bạn với họ theo điều khoản của họ.
  • Trong tương lai, trang có thể hiển thị quảng cáo và liên kết affiliate (chúng tôi có thể nhận hoa hồng khi bạn mua qua liên kết, không làm tăng giá bạn trả). Quảng cáo, nội dung tài trợ và liên kết affiliate sẽ luôn được ghi nhãn rõ ("Quảng cáo", "Tài trợ", "Liên kết affiliate"). Vị trí tài trợ không phải là đánh giá hay xác nhận của chúng tôi.

4. Nội dung do bạn gửi (ban tổ chức, đối tác)

Khi gửi sự kiện hoặc đề xuất hợp tác, bạn cam kết: thông tin chính xác và hợp pháp; bạn có quyền với văn bản và ảnh đã gửi; và bạn cấp cho chúng tôi giấy phép không độc quyền, miễn phí, toàn cầu để hiển thị, dịch, tóm tắt và quảng bá nội dung đó trên FindEvent. Chúng tôi có quyền kiểm duyệt (kể cả dùng AI để hỗ trợ đánh giá), chỉnh sửa, từ chối hoặc gỡ bỏ. Không gửi nội dung lừa đảo, vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm quyền, thù ghét, khiêu dâm hay mã độc.

5. Hành vi bị cấm

Không: tấn công, quá tải hoặc vượt rào bảo mật; thu thập tự động quy mô lớn trái với robots.txt; gửi spam; mạo danh; dùng trang cho mục đích trái pháp luật.

6. Báo cáo nội dung vi phạm và điểm liên hệ (DSA)

  • Điểm liên hệ duy nhất cho người dùng và cơ quan nhà nước (Điều 11–12 Đạo luật Dịch vụ số EU): [CONTACT_EMAIL], tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Anh.
  • Bất kỳ ai có thể báo cáo nội dung bất hợp pháp hoặc sai lệch qua email hoặc theo Quy trình gỡ nội dung, nêu: URL chính xác, lý do, tên và email (trừ báo cáo về xâm hại trẻ em), và cam kết thiện chí.
  • Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận, xử lý kịp thời, khách quan, và thông báo quyết định kèm lý do cho người báo cáo và người gửi nội dung (nếu biết), cùng cách khiếu nại lại. Quyết định không được tự động hoá hoàn toàn.
  • Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngưng nhận nội dung từ người thường xuyên gửi nội dung bất hợp pháp hoặc báo cáo vô căn cứ.

7. Sở hữu trí tuệ

Giao diện, mã nguồn, logo và cách sắp xếp dữ liệu của FindEvent thuộc về người vận hành. Nội dung bên thứ ba thuộc về chủ sở hữu tương ứng. Khiếu nại bản quyền: xem Quy trình gỡ nội dung / DMCA.

8. Miễn trừ và giới hạn trách nhiệm

Trang được cung cấp "nguyên trạng", miễn phí. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về sự kiện bị huỷ, thay đổi, thông tin sai lệch từ nguồn, hay thiệt hại từ giao dịch với bên thứ ba. Điều này không giới hạn quyền của người tiêu dùng theo luật bắt buộc nơi bạn sống, và không loại trừ trách nhiệm do cố ý hoặc cẩu thả nghiêm trọng.

9. Luật áp dụng

Luật Việt Nam, không ảnh hưởng tới quyền bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc tại nơi bạn cư trú (EU/Mỹ). Người tiêu dùng EU có thể khởi kiện tại toà án nơi họ cư trú.

10. Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ thay đổi.

FindEvent is an aggregator that helps you discover events (including B2B events such as expos, conventions and open seminars) in the US, Europe and Vietnam across 10 categories. 2. Event content, sources and AI-generated content

  • Event information is aggregated from third-party websites (organisers, ticketing and tourism sites) and from organiser submissions. Each event shows its source and links to the original page. Rights in original content belong to their owners.
  • Event descriptions may be summarised or rewritten by AI (Google Gemini) and may be machine-translated. AI and machine translation can make mistakes; please check details on the source page.
  • We are not the organiser and do not sell tickets. Dates, prices and venues may change; always check the official page before buying or travelling.
  • Images may come from the source page or be illustrative (e.g. Unsplash); illustrative images are not photos of the actual event.

3. Outbound links, advertising and affiliate links

  • Third-party sites are their operators' responsibility; your dealings with them are under their terms.
  • In future the site may show ads and affiliate links (we may earn a commission when you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you). Ads, sponsored content and affiliate links will always be clearly labelled ("Ad", "Sponsored", "Affiliate link"). Sponsored placement is not an endorsement.

4. Content you submit (organisers, partners)

By submitting an event or partnership proposal you confirm the information is accurate and lawful and that you hold the rights to the text and images, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, translate, summarise and promote it on FindEvent. We may moderate (including AI-assisted review), edit, refuse or remove submissions. Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexual content or malware.

5. Prohibited conduct

Do not attack, overload or bypass security; scrape at scale contrary to robots.txt; spam; impersonate others; or use the site unlawfully.

6. Reporting illegal content and point of contact (DSA)

  • Single point of contact for users and authorities (EU Digital Services Act Arts. 11–12): [CONTACT_EMAIL], in Vietnamese or English.
  • Anyone may report illegal or misleading content by email or under the Takedown procedure, giving: the exact URL, the reason, name and email (not required for child-abuse reports), and a good-faith statement.
  • We acknowledge receipt, act in a timely, diligent and objective manner, and inform the reporter and the submitter (if known) of the decision with reasons and how to contest it. Decisions are not fully automated.
  • We may suspend submissions from anyone who frequently submits illegal content or manifestly unfounded notices.

7. Intellectual property

FindEvent's interface, code, logo and data arrangement belong to the operator. Third-party content belongs to its owners. Copyright complaints: see the Takedown / DMCA procedure.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for cancelled or changed events, inaccurate source information, or losses from dealings with third parties. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights where you live or excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

Vietnamese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (EU/US). EU consumers may sue in the courts of their residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change.
